Effective October 20, 2026. By using this site or calling our number, you agree to these terms.
Our role
Excavation Gilbert is a referral service that connects property owners with independent excavation contractors. We are not a licensed contractor and don't perform excavation, grading, trenching, hauling or any construction work, and we aren't part of any agreement you make with a contractor. Descriptions of excavation work on this site describe what local contractors do, not work done by us.
No guarantees
We don't guarantee any contractor's availability, pricing, timing, workmanship, license, insurance or warranty. Check licenses with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and get terms in writing.
Site information
Prices are published ranges, not quotes. Rule summaries are general information, not legal or engineering advice, and may be out of date. Confirm with the agency that issues your permit.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using this site, a referral, or a contractor's work.
Law
These terms are governed by Arizona law.
Photos
Photos are credited stock images and don't show work by us or any contractor we refer to.
